Core service

Virtual staging

Empty rooms read cold and small. Staged rooms give buyers a life to picture — for a few dollars per photo instead of thousands per month.

A Studio Service, ordered on the frames you pick and priced per image.

An empty living room developing into the virtually staged version

What it does

What Virtual Staging does.

Without furniture there's no sense of scale and no purpose to a space — a 14-foot and an 18-foot living room look nearly identical in an empty photo. Traditional staging fixes that with trucks and monthly rental bills; virtual staging fixes it in pixels.

Choose a style — modern, farmhouse, coastal, minimalist — and the room comes back furnished at true scale, with shadows that match the room's real light. The unstaged original is always included, so your listing can show both the potential and the truth.

Watch the edit happen.

The same room from a second angle, empty and then virtually staged
Nothing outside the glass moves — the same hedge, the same parked cars, the same afternoon.
Pieces are placed at the room's true scale, so the coffee table still measures against the real floor boards.
The wall décor that was here is cleared before the room is furnished. Every order ships the unstaged original too.

A fraction of physical staging

Physical staging means delivery trucks, rental furniture, and a bill every month it stays. Virtual staging is a one-time per-photo edit.

True-to-scale furniture

Pieces are sized to the actual room, so the photo sells the space honestly — no clown-car sofas shrinking a living room.

Restyle infinitely

The same room can read modern for one buyer pool and farmhouse for another. Restaging is a re-render, not a moving crew.

Original always included

Every order ships the unstaged frame too, ready for the side-by-side disclosure good listings use.

How it works

From upload to delivered.

  1. 1

    Upload the empty room

A wide, straight frame of the space works best.

  2. 2

    Pick a furniture style

Modern, farmhouse, coastal, minimalist — per room or per order.

  3. 3

    Staged frame + original

Both versions come back together, ready for the disclosed side-by-side.

Questions

Good questions.

Do I have to disclose virtual staging?

Yes — label staged images as virtually staged in the MLS remarks and ideally on the image. Many boards require it, and it protects your showings: a buyer who feels misled doesn't write an offer. We include the original photo with every order to make disclosure easy.

Can you match a specific design style?

You choose from our style presets per room. For multi-room orders the style stays consistent across the whole set, which is the detail that makes a staged gallery feel intentional.

What about rooms with some furniture in them?

That's usually a decluttering job first, staging second. Our declutter service clears the existing items, then staging furnishes the clean room.
