Is a virtual twilight as good as a real dusk shoot?
For most listings, yes — it does the same marketing job at a fraction of the cost and with zero logistics. For luxury exteriors where the twilight frame carries the campaign, a real dusk session still has the higher ceiling. Many pros use virtual as the default and shoot real dusk selectively.
What makes a good source photo?
A straight, well-exposed daytime exterior with the whole facade in frame. Harsh shadows are fine; heavy obstructions (cars, bins) are worth removing first — we offer object removal for exactly that.
