Who can do what
Roles that match the job, enforced on the server.
Studio workspaces staff with owner, manager, photographer, editor, and assistant; agent and brokerage workspaces get owner, transaction coordinator, marketing, assistant, and member. Each role maps to real capabilities — checked on the server for every privileged action, not just hidden in the navigation.
The editor seat
An edit-only role: Studio access, downloads, and credit spend — nothing else. The studio-hires-an-editor case, solved without over-granting.

Pay As You Go includes 1 seat, Starter 2, Professional 3, Studio 6, and Enterprise 15. Beyond the bundle, every additional seat is a flat $12 per seat per month — no role-based pricing tiers to decode.
