What exactly is a credit?
One credit is $0.10, spent from a single pool on any editing service. Every edit costs a fixed number of credits — an HDR merge is 7 — and the cost is the same on every plan.
Do credits expire?
Credits bought in a pack do not expire while your account is active. Credits granted by a subscription follow that plan’s terms — see the Terms of Service.
Do I need a subscription?
No — buy credit packs and pay only for what you run. Subscriptions simply give you credits at a lower rate the more you use.
Studio vs. Workspace — what's the difference?
Studio is the AI editing product, metered in credits. Workspace is the platform around it — marketplace bookings, a branded storefront, delivery portals, client CRM, invoices, and team seats — for solo photographers, studios, agents and brokerages. Use either alone, or bundle both.
What if I run out of credits?
Top up anytime with a one-time pack — the rate falls as the pack grows, from $0.100 down to $0.083 a credit — or use your plan's slider to add more to your monthly pool.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Anytime — upgrade, downgrade, or cancel with no contract.
Do I have to pay to get started?
No. The free Workspace tier — upload, order and deliver — needs no card, and every calculator under Resources is free with no signup. Studio credits are only charged when you run an edit.
